Vision & Values

Throughout 2009/2010 we are working as a whole school on our shared vision for our future and the values we want to live out in our school.  We have set aside time to work on this as a whole school community and are confident that with input from pupils, parents, the staff team and the community we will come up with a powerful shared vision on which we can focus as we move forward into the time of change that A Curriculum for Excellence will bring.

As our vision is currently 'a work in progress' we are looking to the following to guide us:

We are committed to excellent teaching and learning and to educating the whole child.

We strive to be a can-do organisation, responsive to the needs of pupils, parents and the community and committed to working in partnership with the authority, local community and parent council.

We bring the very best we can to all we do in order that every child will be happy, fulfilled and achieve to the very best of their ability.
