Helen Innes-Hill Helen Innes-Hill fell in love with Craigellachie Primary school the moment she saw it. She feels privileged to have the job of leading the school and is excited about the changes that a Curriculum for Excellence will bring. A big fan of walking, beaches and the great outdoors she is keen to make the most of our environment to enhance teaching and learning. The best bits of her week are teaching an afternoon in each class and sneaking into the breakfast club for a piece of toast and an early morning chat with the pupils. Oh, and the Walkers shortbread at break time! |

Shona Jamieson Shona Jamieson teaches primary 4/5. She's a very talented teacher with a gift for finding new and exciting ways to learn and as a fluent German speaker takes the lead in our modern foreign language teaching. Mrs Jamieson enjoys getting out and about with her class, taking them to archaeological digs and castles during historical theme teaching and making the most of our stunning Speyside location during environmental studies. Bubbly and full of humour, it won't take you long to locate her in the school building - just listen for the laughter. |

Neil Andersen Neil Andersen teaches primary 6/7. A computer whiz and a keen sportsman who is rather handy with a badminton racket and a set of golf clubs, he takes a lead in the teaching of PE at Craigellachie and runs a hugely popular and successful badminton club. Mr Andersen likes to get out and about with his pupils and enjoys taking teams to Enterprise events and other inter-school competitions. He relies on his team to make it to the Euro quiz final in Edinburgh each year so that he can have a great day out and a seat (albeit temporary) in the parliament building! |

Kathleen McCulloch Kathleen is our primary school administrator. She makes sure that all the really important office stuff gets done and is also on hand to help the pupils fix any problems they may have. Friend to all, Kathleen always has time for everyone and still manages to keep a keen eye on the budget! Kathleen loves to dance the weekend away and enjoys teaching pupils a range of traditional moves at her country dancing club. She also makes the most fantastic gingerbread but she rations us and we only get it on special occasions. |

Angela Ingram Angela works with the teacher in primary 1/2/3 where she plays a vital role in the early education of our youngest pupils. Angela puts the 'jolly' into jolly phonics and her specialist subject for mastermind could well be the life histories of each of the Oxford reading tree characters. There is no challenge too great for her and she is equally happy explaining a tricky mathematical concept or modelling with salt dough. Angela runs our infant after-school club which has rapidly become a social hotspot for our 5-7 year olds. |

Kate Morgan Kate works with pupils from primary 1 to primary7. Gentle and patient, Kate offers support for pupils as they learn and has the knack of making everyone believe they can do it! Super chef Kate is also very happy to spend time in our kitchen and has whipped up a pancake breakfast for the whole school. She runs a workshop called 'chef for a day' in which pupils learn to cook meals and bake treats, and she also provides a bit of extra cover at our breakfast club during the monthly 'breakfast specials' which tend to draw a big crowd! |
